Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@vaglasses.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and RMA Confirmation Number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.  We cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit by the courier.

For orders that arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage that resulted during the shipping process (with photo evidence of a damaged box), a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

Items that have been open and used.
Items that show any signs of wear.
Items that were purchased on clearance.
Items that are in poor condition.
Bundled items returned without all pieces.

Please Note

A 3% restocking fee based on your order’s total value (tax excluded) will be charged for all returns that have been opened.

All orders must be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.

If an item displays signs of a manufacturer's defect, the item may be returned within thirty (30) days for an exchange or full refund.

Items that display signs of a manufacturer's defect and were purchased more than thirty (30) days ago are eligible for an exchange only given it is within the one (1) year limited warranty. 

Items that were purchased as a set or bundle MUST all be returned at once to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All returns or exchanges must be shipped back in the original packaging.
